Poorandai Sookdeo, 64, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Health Central Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Poorandai was born in Guyana, the daughter of the late Ramsaran and Marjorie.

Poorandai worked as a CNA in the medical field for many years. She enjoyed gardening and had a talent for sewing. She loved her 3 granddaughters, they meant everything to her, see referred to them as her Heart.
She leaves one loving son Michael and wife Jennifer of Ocoee, FL. Three granddaughters: Makayla, Bailey and Melayna Sookdeo all of Ocoee FL. Four brothers: Roy, Eric, Stanley and Leslie Ramsaran. Four sisters: Janet, Maggie, Lynnet and Florret.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a Memorial Service from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Winter Oak Funeral Home & Cremations, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787. Pastor Jathan Murphy officiating the Service at 2:30 pm.
