John "Keith" Davis, 54, of Orlando, Florida, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 31,2015, at home in Orlando, Florida. Keith was born in Orlando, FL, and is the son of Robert Worth Davis and Lynette (Still) Reed. He was the loving father of Ashley Kay Davis.
Keith was a Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry and proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Orion, a nuclear submarine tender. He was very proud of the time he spent in the Navy. Keith also had a passion for cooking, having graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where he mastered the fine art of food preparation and presentation. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf and was an avid University of Florida "Gators" football fan. He attended Luther High School where he, himself, played football all 4 years. His family and friends will remember him as being a very kind hearted man.

Davis and wife Samantha of Cold Spring, KY., Six Nieces and Nephews: Adam Spegal and wife Cherise of Apopka, FL., Brian Spegal and wife Jenny of Eustis, FL., Douglas Raulerson and wife Rachel of Apopka, FL., Stacy Summerlin and husband JD of Eustis, FL., Jennifer Raulerson of Apopka, FL., and Vickie Raulerson of Knoxville, TN., Five Great-Nieces and Nephews: Landon Spegal of Apopka, FL., Parker Spegal of Eustis, FL., Maggie Raulerson of Apopka, FL., Wesley Raulerson of Apopka, FL., and Jordan Summerlin, of Eustis, FL.., Two loving Aunts: Sandra Bishop and husband James of Roswell, NC., and Lynn Hathaway and husband Robert of Boise, Idaho.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Winter Oak Funeral Home & Cremations, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34786. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.,on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations sent to the Treatment Advocacy Center at treatmentadvocacycenter.org
